Blanche Tilden is a master of her trade, highly recognized and respected nationally and internationally. Tilden's work is represented in major Art Collections both Nationally and Internationally.

The relationship between the machine made and the hand made, between the built environment and the individual, continually inspires Blanche's jewellery. Her fascination with mechanical devices, fuelled by a desire to understand how things work drives Blanche's design process. This understanding enables her to explore glass both as a material for jewellery making and a universal metaphor.
